Warranty
Remington offers a two-year limited warranty that covers any defects and problems with manufacturer parts after normal use. However, the warranty also includes a section on normal wear parts covered for 30 days. It would help if you also used an authorized service dealer, or else your warranty is voided.

Remington offers phone support between Monday and Friday via their customer service line at 10866-206-2707. It took a while to get on the line with a representative, but my questions were answered quickly. Unfortunately, the warranty is indeed a little bit shady as it’s called a “two-year warranty,” but it only covers defective parts for up to 30 days after purchase.
