I considered the ease of use, weight, and function when I purchased it, and Worx Grass Trimmer/Edger met these qualities.
This Product by Worx converts the trimmer into an edger in split seconds, and there is only one tool to do all the job! It is cordless and powered by a 40V battery, a great weed eater, and an edger. I was excited about doing this review because I am pleased about my new purchase.
Easy to Assemble and Use
I received the product well-packaged. The parts were safely wrapped. The package came with the trimmer/ edger, battery, charger, wheels, side protection, and a spool. It was easy to install by using a mere screw. It took me only a few minutes to put it all together. When I received the product, I wasn’t expecting much because it was relatively cheap. However, I was surprised because it went after all the thick and long grass. This worked reasonably well.
Adjustability Features
This product has so many features in its adjustability. The length of the handle can be adjusted easily according to your preferred height or the geometry of your body. Further, the trimmer/ edger head can also be changed into an angle, especially in slopy, inclined, and hard-to-reach areas.
This is to make the tool more customed to its users. Further, the telescopic handle makes the product more compact for storage. It will occupy only minimal space when you keep it after use. It also has a command-line wherein if it runs out of strength, you can push the button while operating the trimmer, and it will add more lines.

Converting the trimmer to edger is also an easy task. You have to pull the lever up and twist the handle, then lock it back in place. Next, put your feet on the bottom part of the tool and push the handle down. Finally, press the lock and adjust the handle.

The cutting diameter of the tool is 12 inches. Further, it also comes with a safety feature to protect your plants and flowers and the feet of your outdoor furniture. It is also very durable. I’m cutting the grass twice a week, and I never found any issue with its performance. It is a potent, well-built, and reliable garden tool.
It is lightweight, efficient, and effective. I was able to clear all the mess in front of my house, the overgrown grass, the bushes, and unwanted things that may affect the health of my lawn.
Drawbacks of battery
The battery took hours to get fully charged. The only problem I encountered is about the battery. Upon receipt of the package, I needed to charge it for 7-8 hours to be fully charged. However, the running time is only 45 minutes and a maximum of 1 hour. I needed to charge the battery to work continuously. If your lawn requires work that you can do for more than an hour, you need to have a spare battery; otherwise, you will wait for several hours before working again.
However, if you are not in a rush, you can use the waiting time to rake the trimmed grass. Anyway, you can remedy this disadvantage if you have a second battery available.
In my case, my lawn is quite big, so I wasn’t able to finish it in less than an hour. I purchased a second battery for me to continue to work while the other one was charging. Aside from the issue in battery, overall, I think that this product is efficient and effective.
Will I recommend the product?
Yes. When I received the product, I wasn’t interested at all. It appeared to be any regular grass trimmer. But when I started working with it and realized the added feature of comfort and flexibility, I was very impressed with the tool. It performed a very well job, and the price is meager and reasonable. This is also ideal for older people because it is effortless to use. They can enjoy using it. It is safe and convenient, and they wouldn’t worry about their safety. This is definitely a great buy. I’ll recommend it to a household owner who needs trimming in his yard. I was happy with my purchase. This product did not disappoint me. I would also vouch for the usefulness and effectiveness of this trimmer/ edger.
